My daughters wanted to raise money for their summer activities by setting up a Lemonade stand, and being Belgian, I decided to add something extra by offering real home-made Belgian waffles alongside the lemonade. The reaction we received was simply overwhelming. Customers kept coming back, expressing their delight at the amazing taste of our waffles and asking where they could buy more.
That moment sparked a realization in me about the potential appeal of authentic Belgian waffles. Inspired, we decided it was time to introduce them to a broader audience. And so, Belgian Yum was born.
