Your Role at Belgian Yum
As a Production Assistant, you will support daily waffle production and packaging operations.
This is a hands-on role where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production
Prepare batter, operate waffle machines, and support baking process - Packaging and finishing
Wrap and pack products according to quality standards - Maintain cleanliness
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Support team operations
Assist with prep, cleanup, and general production tasks
Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
- Must meet scheduled shifts
- Early morning or flexible hours may be required
- Reliable attendance is essential
Qualifications/Experience
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Able to lift up to 40–50 pounds
