Your Role at Belgian Yum
As an Institutional Food Program Specialist, you will support Belgian Yum’s expansion into schools and institutional channels by helping manage compliance, product positioning, and operational coordination.
You will bridge the gap between production, nutrition requirements, and institutional customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support school program operations
Coordinate communication and requirements with school districts - Assist with compliance initiatives
Support nutritional documentation and operational requirements - Coordinate menu and product implementation
Work with internal teams to align products with institutional needs - Manage customer support and follow-up
Ensure institutional partners receive timely support and communication - Track program performance
Monitor product usage, feedback, and recurring demand trends
Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
- Full-time availability required
- Hybrid schedule possible
- Occasional travel or meetings may be required
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience with institutional food service, school nutrition, or food operations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working across departments and systems
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
